Cakes are made by Bosotto Bros.,
Other items are bought from renowned dealers or Manufacturers
who are known for their quality for years.
How to communicate ?
Note that email is our preferred form of communication for inquiries
on services or status of orders or refunds or delivery complaints
. All enquiries on our services and orders are handled via email.
Our delivery schedule starts by 10 am.
How do I make payment
?
You can make the payment by Credit Card Online.
Is my credit card number/bank
a/c. number secure ?
All transactions are secured .
How is the item delivered
?
All the items like Cakes, Flowers & etc. are hand delivered
by our staff in person
How Astrology Prediction
will be delivered?
Only through email.
Are the items delivered
as per the display on the WebPages?
The products will match the image on the WebPages as the images
have been sourced from the Photo graphs given by the vendors.
Connect Chennai reserves in its absolute discretion, to deliver
a similar / alternate product for reasons beyond its control.
What if you deliver late
?
In such situations Connect Chennai will not be liable for
any amount.
How do I know that the
item has been delivered on-time ?
A confirmation of Delivery will be sent by email. It shall contain
information on date, time of delivery & name of recipient.
How much time do you take to deliver after
the payment has been made ?
We require 2 working days to process orders and to deliver
the same.
What if I have to cancel my order ?
All orders placed can be cancelled with in 24hrs from the time
the order is placed.
